As the Hospital Director, you’ll lead the business operations of our specialty veterinary hospital, which includes departments in surgery, internal medicine, ophthalmology, and emergency care. If you are ready to make a meaningful impact in a role that combines leadership with a commitment to exceptional veterinary care, we’d love to hear from you! **What you will be doing but not limited to:** + Accountability for the hospital profit & loss statements + Responsibility to foster a collaborative and positive culture and work environment + Focus on exceeding client expectations + Oversight of Leaders/Supervisors and Medical Director who support approximately 75 associates including doctors, technicians, veterinary assistants, and paraprofessional staff + Develop and grow future leaders + Oversight and development of onboarding, training, and continuity programs + Cultivate relationships within the veterinary community + Support the recruitment of medical professionals **Who we are looking for:** + Prior specialty/emergency veterinary management knowledge is a plus. + Strong leadership skills to develop a solid team and proven success in engaging with veterinary professionals + Excellent analytical and organization skills, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities + Prior leadership for a specialty hospital or multi-site operational business + Proven experience building high performing teams + Ability to multi-task and deal with high levels of stress in an environment of changing priorities + Experienced record of generating revenue growth and ability to balance short-term needs and priorities while building for the future **Special Working Conditions:** + Flexibility in schedule and hours of availability + The environment where pets are present + Periodic travel required **Additional Information** Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000-$110,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
