This role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of pharmacy services through strategic sales leadership and strong industry partnerships. **The Role:** Specialty Pharmacy Services Regional Sales Manager This role involves prospecting Health Systems to offer pharmacy management services to hospitals and clinics interested in in-house pharmacies. The sales manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, value, retention, and growth. A thorough knowledge of specialty pharmacy and 340 B pricing and services is necessary, along with an understanding of clients' business strategies and needs to provide solutions through Omnicell Specialty Pharmacy Management Services. This role is an opportunity to lead, influence, and create meaningful impact in a rapidly evolving healthcare technology landscape. **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct market research and analysis. Develop profiles of targeted accounts, including organizational structure, decision makers, decision influencers, opportunities for pharmacy management services, and contact viable accounts for meetings and proposal opportunities. Create sales strategies for targeted accounts and make sales calls to promote pharmacy management service capabilities and develop long-term relationships to facilitate future business opportunities. For existing clients, establish and maintain strong and lasting relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders within client organizations; ensure proper levels of adoption, drive client satisfaction, and ensure the success of the pharmacy. Provide best practices, coaching, and training to clients to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of our solutions. Attend conferences and actively participate in conference exhibitions. Create a clear plan to convert customers to be references for Omnicell Specialty Pharmacy Services. Follow up on activities to drive customer satisfaction through solution development with appropriate internal Omnicell Specialty Pharmacy Services resources. Collaborate with the operations team on any pull-through sales opportunities or marketing needs. **Who you are:** Advanced knowledge and experience with hospitals and health systems. Ability to develop and execute strategic and tactical account plans. High financial acumen and negotiation skills. Success in generating and negotiating complex hospital contracts. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and self-prioritize. Proficient in MS Office and CRM Salesforce. Willingness to travel up to 60%. **Skills and Leadership:** Understanding of complex sales processes. Experience in negotiation, conflict management, and customer service. Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with C-suite audiences. Leadership focused on influence, impact, and leading without formal authority. **Basic Qualifications:** Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years in Sales or Consulting experience in Specialty Pharmacy or 340B Drug Pricing Program or High School Diploma and 5 years in Sales or Consulting experience in Specialty Pharmacy or 340B Drug Pricing Program. \#LI-MG2 Base Compensation: 150K base + Commission compensation plan.
