This role is responsible for providing scheduling support to the department. You will participate in the coordination of clinic activity through the processing of physician orders, and performing patient scheduling duties to support patient care staff to achieve the hospital mission. This role involves interacting with patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to ensure that all scheduling needs are met in a timely and accurate manner. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Current opening:
Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | On-site, St. Cloud Hospital Days | 8-hour shifts | Between 7:30am – 5pm | Monday-FridayPay and Benefits:

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required. 1 year experience or equivalent knowledge/skills required. Post high school secretarial training preferred.
