Be responsible for specification business growth and all KPI-related Define, acquire and maintain relationships with external customers (eg designers, architects, ID, project owner, main-cons,…) in general and in specific project topics. Collect and do market sense for new upcoming projects. Proactively specify products/solutions to new upcoming projects, especially commercial projects Develop system integrator (SI) business partners and network Develop and set up a yearly master plan and targets/ KPIs for project specification Actively provide and exchange the immediate update to related sales team on projects information and specification leads Support sales teams to convert the specification to sales where needed Manage and report on specification conversion rate on regular basis. Proactively provide daily specification support services to internal project sales team Help project sales team prepare the technical/specification proposal documents for tendering, quotation and so on if any Coordinate with Product management team to maintain product information in Opening Studio software (OS) Provide daily/weekly/monthly updates on BCI / CRM / OS for project activities of all related parties who involve in the projects Coordinate and distribute the leads to the right sales man/channels Coordinate and update to Regional Specification team in monthly basis Develop and lead the team for outstanding performance Manage team and provide the daily managerial supports to the team where needed
