As a Senior Specifications Leader, you’ll engage directly with decision makers at architectural and consulting firms, fabricators, construction companies, and system houses to promote and specify Axalta’s premium products, systems, and services. This role, part of the EMEA Specifications Team, reports to the EMEA Specifications Manager and collaborates closely with the regional powder sales team.
Please note that the position is to be based ideally in Greater London area.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Growth: Expand Axalta’s Specification Sales in France by creating value through industry partnerships.
Build Industry Relationships: Develop a robust network across the construction value chain, becoming the partner of reference among architects, consultants, fabricators, system houses, and construction companies.
Develop Key Accounts: Cultivate business with project managers and senior leadership to position Axalta as a trusted partner.
Provide Expertise: Advise key stakeholders on product performance and finishes to help them choose the optimal solution.
Pursue and Win Projects: Identify opportunities, deliver solutions, manage projects, and collaborate with Sales to secure specified projects.
Enhance Brand Profile: Boost Axalta’s visibility through customer support, industry events, and strategic networking.
Market Insight: Track trends, monitor customer needs, and analyze competitor activities to stay ahead of market opportunities.
Partner Training: Train sales teams within partner organizations on the unique benefits of Axalta’s offerings to enhance customer engagement.
Contribute to EMEA Growth Goals: Actively support EMEA’s Specifications Team Sales targets through teamwork, international project coordination, best practices, and shared efforts.

Key RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Architecture.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years managing high-profile industry accounts, with a proven record of success.
Network: Well-established connections and a strong reputation within the architectural and design community of France.
Skills: Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on value-based selling.
Qualities: Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative team player.
Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of powder coatings is beneficial but optional; a passion for the architectural sector is essential.
Expertise in Trends: Ability to discuss color trends, design concepts, and related subjects.
IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at online research.
Languages: Fluency in English is a must.
