Labcorp is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their Specimen Accessioning team in Lakewood, CO. The Specimen Accessioner will be responsible for performing specimen accessioning, sample sorting and data entry in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment according to established standard operating procedures.
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 3pm to 11:30pm. Additional days and hours may be required depending on business needs.
Application Window: 1/13/2025
Pay Range: $18.29 - $20 per hour plus a second shift differential.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Accessioning of cytology and histology specimensData entry of patient information for surgical specimen from hospitals and clinics in an accurate and timely mannerUnpack and route specimens to their respective staging areasResolve and document any problem specimensVerify patient demographic information matches the test requisition form submittedData entry of patient information into the computer system for tracking purposesMeet key production metrics and quality measures to ensure timely and accurate resultsPack and ship specimens to proper testing facilities when requiredHandle and dispose of wasteComply with applicable environmental health and safety policies and proceduresRequirements:
