Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Accessioner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for clinical specimen accessioning, sorting, retrieval, and data entry of patient information. You will prepare laboratory specimens for analysis and testing, unpack and route specimens to staging areas, identify and label specimens, pack and ship specimens to testing facilities, and prepare and store excess specimen samples.

The Laboratory Accessioner will be working inside a lab with a team of 48 Accessioners/Processors. The lab handles a variety of samples such as blood, urine, feces, swabs, or any other bodily fluid. Employees must be open to slight fluctuations in schedules. The dress code includes solid colored scrubs or jeans and a plain t-shirt, comfortable close-toed shoes, and a mask.
