As a Specimen Management Coordinator you will work under the lab supervisor to assume responsibility for the smooth functioning of phlebotomy and lab central processing. As a team lead you are a resource to your coworkers, and assist in lab operations. If you are someone looking to take the next step in your phlebotomy or lab career while joining an amazing culture and community, then we want to talk to you! **Some of what you’ll do:** + Performs phlebotomy according to policy and procedures + Monitors department workflow, assisting the supervisor and team to balance workload + Responsible for troubleshooting and making appropriate decisions regarding specimen processing + Assists with staff training under direction of the supervisor + Assists supervisor in quality monitoring and improvement within the lab + Other duties or tasks as assigned **Qualifications** Education/Experience At least 3 years phlebotomy experience High School diploma / GED Lab assistant experience preferred **Pay Range** $19.68 - $27.06 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
