Responsibilities
Responsible for providing speech language pathology services to patients in collaboration with the health care team consistent with VNSNY Home Care policies. Works under general supervision.
Qualifications
Licensure: License and current registration to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist/Audiologist in New York State required. Valid drivers license may be required, as determined by operational/regional needs. Education: Certificate of clinical competence to practice speech therapy from a NYS-approved program required. Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathologist or equivalent required. Experience: Minimum of one year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred. Bilingual skills may be required, as determined by operational needs. Basic PC skills preferred.
