Responsible for providing speech language pathology services to patients in collaboration with the health care team consistent with VNSNY Home Care policies.
Responsibilities
Candidates ideally available two to four day per week.
Qualifications
Licensure: License and current registration to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist/Audiologist in New York State required. Valid drivers license may be required, as determined by operational/regional needs.
Education: Certificate of clinical competence to practice speech therapy from a NYS-approved program required. Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathologist or equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum of one year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred. Bilingual skills may be required, as determined by operational needs. Basic PC skills preferred.
