Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist: 2024-2025 School Year
 
AnthroMed Education is expanding our team of Speech-Language Pathologists who support our students throughout the state of Illinois, and we want you to be a part of our team!

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Lansing, IL. This position involves working with a caseload of approximately 22 students with mild to moderate disabilities. The school is looking for an SLP who will work for around 14-16 hours per week but will be given the flexibility to make their schedule. There are currently 2 SLPs within the district and they are hoping to add a part-time SLP to help with larger caseloads of the two SLPs.

Compensation: $50.21/hr - $62.21/hr

Location: Lansing, IL 60438

Hours: 2 days per week (flexible on days) 8am-3:30pm

Speech-Language Pathologist Duties:Complete evaluations to assess speech needs and areas of growthProvide direct and indirect speech and language services to studentsAssist case manager with developing student Individualized Education Plan (IEP)Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and classroom teachers to meet the students’ speech and/or language needsObserve students and collect data to measure progress and adjust treatment plansFacilitate staff and community training in the area of communication disordersSpeech-Language Pathologist Requirements:Master’s degree in Communication DisordersIDFPR license eligible in the state of IllinoisProfessional Educator License (PEL) eligible in the state of IllinoisPreferred experience in a K-12 setting
