We’re looking for a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Melrose Park, IL. This full-time role is in an elementary school and runs daily from 8:30-3:35. You’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on a caseload of 38 students in PreK-5th grade, all of whom are in resource or general education classrooms. Speech-Language Pathologist Duties:Complete evaluations to assess speech needs and areas of growthProvide direct and indirect speech and language services to studentsAssist case manager with developing student Individualized Education Plan (IEP)Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and classroom teachers to meet the students’ speech and/or language needsObserve students and collect data to measure progress and adjust treatment plansFacilitate staff and community training in the area of communication disordersSpeech-Language Pathologist Requirements:Master’s degree in Communication DisordersProfessional Educators License (PEL) eligible in the state of IllinoisPreferred experience in a K-12 settingAnthroMed is an Equal Opportunity Employer
