Responsibilities

We are searching for the perfect SPEECH PATHOLOGIST who is passionate about the health and well- being of our patients to provides patient care including evaluating patient for treatment, developing plan of care, establishing goals, and assessing progress toward the attainment of goals, consult with other health care disciplines to co-ordinate therapeutic programs and discharge planning for individual patient and instructs patients and caregivers in home programs for exercises and functional activities.

Expectations:

Provides patient care including evaluating patient for treatment developing plan of care establishing goals and assessing progress toward the attainment of goals.

Consults with other health care disciplines to co-coordinate therapeutic programs and discharge planning for individual patient.

Instructs patients and caregivers in home programs for exercises and functional activities.

This is a PRN position. 


Qualifications

Minimum:

Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology.Arizona Speech-Language Pathology License.ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence.American Heart Association BLS required.

Preferred:

Bi-lingual-Spanish/English
