Speech Language Pathologist
**Employment Type:** Part time **Shift:** Rotating Shift **Description:** PRN - Speech Language Pathologist - SLP Support/Coverage in Mishawaka and Plymouth locations for weekends and PTO About the job: Evaluates and treats patients referred to the Speech Therapy Department. Conducts clinical evaluation consistent with and appropriate for patient diagnosis. Designs treatment plans that are goal oriented based upon interpretation of evaluation results and patient’s personal goals that are functional, measurable, and attainable. Assists patients towards goal achievement through effective treatment plan and interventions. Makes timely and appropriate discharge plans and recommendations for the anticipated needs of the patient. Requirements: + Education: Requires professional education culminating in a minimum of a master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology form an accredited academic program. + Licensure: Must be licensed in the State of Indiana as a Speech Language Pathology and CPR Certification + Experience: Prefer previous experience in a Speech Therapy Clinic Setting but will accept a new graduate in their CFY year from an accredited college (Not applicable for PRN position) What we offer PRN - SLP's: + Daily Pay + Retirement savings account + Employee referral incentive program + State of the art equipment + Supportive team approach Why Saint Joseph Health System?
