In doing so, assesses patients with functional and organic speech/hearing disorders, develops treatment programs, and modifies treatment in accordance with patient progress. Instructs patients and families in rehabilitative speech/hearing practices, monitors patients’ progress, and maintains clinical records according to established procedures. **Minimal Acceptable Job Qualifications:** + Has certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech, Hearing, and Language Association or be a Clinical Fellow working toward above certification; holds a current state license, required + Masters Degree in Speech Pathology from a PSB accredited university, required + Current BLS certification within 7 days of hire and remain current, required **Desirable qualifications:** Preferred experience in the medical field.
