Essential Functions and Duties: Perform detailed assessments of each patient’s physical, cognitive, and sensory abilities, as well as their developmental history and any relevant family concerns Design personalized, developmentally appropriate treatment strategies Implement hands-on therapeutic interventions, exercises, and activities that support fine motor skills, self-care, sensory integration, and social-emotional development Work closely with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic, care plan that promotes functional independence and confidence Track each patient’s progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes, fostering growth and development Provide education and training to parents and caregivers to ensure therapy strategies can be continued at home, maximizing progress Share feedback and collaborate with the team to support continuous improvement of therapy practices, processes, and facilities
Qualifications: Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution Valid state license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Montana Experience working with children, particularly those with sensory, motor, and developmental challenges Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Get in touch!
