We’ve recently created an additional position for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our two existing SLPs from AnthroMed, as well as a supportive team of 9 team members across the district. Position Overview:
As an SLP in this school, you’ll work with students from K-8th grade focusing on MTSS, providing vital speech and language services that directly support students’ learning and communication development. The specific caseload will be determined based on student needs, but this role will primarily focus on supporting students within the MTSS framework. You will work closely with other SLPs and the school team to ensure that each student receives targeted, evidence-based intervention.

Key Responsibilities:Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students in grades K-8th, with an emphasis on MTSS.Support students with a range of communication needs, including articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication.Collaborate with general education teachers, special education staff, and other support professionals to design and implement appropriate interventions for students.Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of individualized plans.Conduct speech and language assessments and progress monitoring for assigned caseloads.Embrace a collaborative approach with the two other SLPs from AnthroMed and work with our other 9 team members at this district to deliver coordinated and comprehensive services.Provide consultations and training for staff and parents to support students’ speech and language needs in the classroom and at home.Stay up to date on best practices and research in speech-language pathology, with a commitment to continuous professional development.Qualifications:Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.PEL LicensureCFs (Clinical Fellows) are welcome to apply!Experience in schools or working with K-8 students is a plus, but not required.Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work as part of a team.Knowledge of MTSS and IEP processes is highly preferred.A commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for students.Why AnthroMed?       AnthroMed Team Members who work 30+ hours per week are eligible for the full-time employee benefits offered by AnthroMed Benefits begin the first of the month after start date.
