The position will serve both outpatient and inpatient departments, focusing on care for patients with a range of acquired neurological injuries/impairments including stroke and brain injury. The programs focus on return to the highest level of independence and community reintegration, providing care in each setting to maximize function. This role will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide patient centered care. The successful candidate with have experience treating the neurological patient population.
Qualifications• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist required.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association or eligibility for Certification pending professional experience (CFY - Clinical Fellowship Year) preferred.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
