Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Are you passionate about helping individuals overcome communication challenges? As a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA), you’ll work alongside licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to treat a variety of speech and language disorders in children and adults. You’ll assist with assessments, implement treatment plans, and provide invaluable support to ensure clients achieve their communication goals. Your Schedule & Pay * PRN (as needed) to full-time * Freedom to create your own schedule * $35–$45 per visit * Weekly pay * Based in Lubbock, TX A Day in the Life of an SLPA * Coordinate therapy sessions with patients and their families based on your schedule. * Provide hands-on care following individualized treatment plans developed by the SLP. * Track progress and celebrate milestones with your patients. * Communicate with the supervising SLP to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
