The speech-language pathologist (SLP) delivers and supervises others in the delivery of services in the areas of communication, cognition and swallowing. Upon physician referral the speech-language pathologist will perform evaluations and develop individual plans of care to maximize functional outcomes, implementing the plans of care, reassessing treatment results, and actively participating in discharge planning.

Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech/language pathology from an accredited program. Washington Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.Preferred Qualifications:
