About the Role: Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist driven to make a difference in students' lives? AnthroMed Education invites you to join our passionate team to fulfill an FMLA coverage position in a partner school in Aurora, Illinois. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with AnthroMed Education, you’ll be a vital member of a collaborative educational team, guiding students in their communication and language growth. This position provides a wonderful opportunity to impact Pre-K students positively, supported by the resources and expertise of the AnthroMed Education network. Key Responsibilities: + Work full-time, Monday through Friday, starting immediately - 4/42025. + Deliver speech and language therapy services for Pre-K students. + Support students within a self-contained environment. + Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech and language needs. + Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs. + Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to foster student success. + Track and document student progress, adjusting treatments as necessary. + Stay informed on the latest best practices in speech-language pathology and engage in ongoing professional development. + Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: + Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. + State licensure in Illinois and certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). + Experience with school-aged children, particularly at the Pre-K level. + Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. + Commitment to helping students reach their full potential.
