Speech-Language Pathologist (FMLA Coverage)
 AnthroMed Education is looking for a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a temporary basis! This FMLA coverage position involves working with students who have significant communication needs, and we want you to be a part of our supportive and dynamic team!

Position Details:Location: Palos Heights, ILDates: August 19th - November 8thGrade Levels: K-5th grade functional studentsSchedule: Full-timeResponsibilities:Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students with significant communication needs.Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and classroom teachers to meet the students’ speech and/or language goals.Assist case managers with developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students.Complete evaluations to assess speech needs and identify areas for growth.Collect data to measure student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.Facilitate staff and community training on communication disorders.Qualifications:Master’s degree in Communication DisordersEligible for IDFPR license in the state of IllinoisEligible for a Professional Educator License (PEL) in the state of IllinoisPreferred experience in a K-12 setting, particularly with students who have significant communication needsAnthroMed is an Equal Opportunity Employer
