Speech-Language Pathologist (FMLA Coverage)   AnthroMed Education is looking for a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a temporary basis! This FMLA coverage position involves working with students who have significant communication needs, and we want you to be a part of our supportive and dynamic team! Position Details: + Location: Palos Heights, IL + Dates: August 19th - November 8th + Grade Levels: K-5th grade functional students + Schedule: Full-time Responsibilities: + Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students with significant communication needs. + Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and classroom teachers to meet the students’ speech and/or language goals. + Assist case managers with developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students. + Complete evaluations to assess speech needs and identify areas for growth. + Collect data to measure student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. + Facilitate staff and community training on communication disorders.
