Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Location: Havelock, NC

Facility Type: Long Term Care

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Pay:

Local (within 50 miles): $62/HR Travelers: $3046/week

Start Date: March 3rd or March 10th

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional Saturdays)

Job Description: Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a long term care facility in Havelock, NC. This is a 13-week contract position with competitive pay rates for both local and traveling professionals.

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in North Carolina. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience in a long term care setting is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
