Description:

Provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient Speech Therapy servicesConducts comprehensive diagnostic evaluationsDevelops appropriate treatment plansCounsels patients and caregivers regarding cognitive-communicative/swallow disorderExhibits willingness and ability to learn and share pertinent informationAbide by all BHSI Policies and Procedures and ethical standards of practice

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language PathologyCertification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibilityCurrent and valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Kentucky or eligibilityMaintain Certification of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)Maintain mandatory CEUs to practice in the state of Kentucky
