By deliver therapy to a wide range of patients, we’ll ensure our residents complete their recovery. We’re excited for you to come and join our accomplished staff of medical professionals! Responsibilities Determine the exact nature and severity of each patient’s communication problems that may require the use of special equipment and tests Develop and implement individualized plans for assigned clients to meet individual needs, interests and abilities Review treatment plans and assess individual performances to modify, change, or write new programs Provide dynamic, creative and challenging treatments for patients to facilitate progress Treat adults whose language, speech or voice has been affected Assess adults who have difficulty chewing and swallowing Educate patients and their families to lead a healthy lifestyle and prevent injury or disability Requirements Must possess current Maryland Speech Language Pathology Therapist Licensure Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology therapy (Master’s degree preferred). At least 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist with caring for patients of varying age groups. Proficient with Rehab Optima and Microsoft Office software
