Provides a quality Speech Language Pathology program to clients.
Responsibilities:
Achieves and maintains productivity standards set by the facility. Prepares necessary time records. Maintains compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies’ requirements (OSHA, TJC, CMS). Pursues professional growth and development, presents in-service and educational programs. Performs job responsibilities in line with the organization’s mission. Maintains accurate progress notes and professional records for speech pathology services. Adheres to organizational policies, including Corporate Compliance and HIPAA regulations. Provides appropriate speech pathology treatments and diagnostic services. Compiles and reports accurate data for financial, statistical, and administrative needs. Coordinates evaluation, scheduling, and treatment programs for clients, maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service.
