Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

AnthroMed Education is immediately seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in Joliet, IL to provide Speech and Language services to a K-4th grade student population for the remainder of the 2023-2024 school year.

Caseload Details of the Speech-Language Pathologist role:
Provide therapy and support services to K-4th grade students.Manage a caseload of approximately 36 students.Extremely supportive team with incredible resources for students available.Responsibilities of the Speech-Language Pathologist:
Work full-time, Monday-Friday from 8:15 AM-3:45 PM.Provide speech therapy for K-4th grade students with IEPs and MTSS services.Complete formal and informal assessments as part of the MTSS and IEP processes.SLP will manage a caseload of approximately 36 students.The caseload consists mostly of articulation students.Act as a case manager for students whose primary eligibility category is speech-language impairment.Complete all job duties within required timelines per federal and state law, district policy, and procedures.Participate in multidisciplinary evaluation teams to identify students in need of special education.Participate in team meetings for the development of students’ individualized education programs.SLP will be sharing an office space but will have space to pull out students, etc.Qualifications:
ISBE PEL with Speech-Language Pathology Endorsement is required.Master’s Degree from top Communication Sciences and Disorders program.Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply!Pay & Benefits:
The pay range for this position is 50,000-70,000K annually, based on qualifications and experience.Paid Time Off starts at 6 days and is prorated based on the start date.Employees who work 30+ hours per week are eligible for the full-time employee benefits offered by AnthroMed.Benefits begin the first of the month after the start date.
