Reporting to the Clinical Manager, the Speech-Language Pathology Supervisor oversees the delivery of high-quality SLP services while fostering a positive and team-oriented workplace culture. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring effective communication, client-centered care, and compliance with all regulatory standards. As the Speech-Language Pathology Supervisor, you will provide mentorship and training to SLP staff, coordinate care for clients, and oversee daily clinic operations.
