Description Seeking a skilled speech pathologist who can provide adult inpatient services in both our Westwood and Santa Monica hospital locations. Individual will provide adult inpatient services in areas including speech, language, cognition, and/or swallowing. Must be available to work at least one weekend day as part of their weekly schedule. Job Duties + Provide speech pathology services to patients in the acute setting primarily at the Westwood campus and also the Santa Monica campus as needed + Perform clinical swallow evaluations, MBSS, FEES and treatment + Perform communication/cognition evaluation and treatment + Particpate in holiday coverage rotation Salary range: 54.55-71.99 hourly Qualifications + California State Speech Pathology license + Applicant should be proficient with modified barium swallow studies + Applicant should have experience evaluating and treating neurogenic communication disorders + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities + Able to efficiently learn new computer and clinic systems + Excellent documentation abilities + Experience with Peds highly desired UCLA Health welcomes all individuals, without regard to race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin or disabilities, and we proudly look to each person’s unique achievements and experiences to further set us apart.
