Schedule: Full Time

Shift : Monday - Thursday 7:45am- 5pm / Friday 7:45am - 12pm

The role you’ll contribute:

The Speech Pathologist provides self-directed, effective therapy to patients in accordance with Florida Speech Pathology Association standards and pursuant to Florida Department of Professional Regulation

The value you’ll bring to the team:

·The Speech Pathologist will practice within Scope of Standards of Physical Medicine Practice

Collects comprehensive data pertinent to patients' health or situation. Performs consults as indicated from database collection.

Analyzes the assessment data to determine course of treatment

Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient or situation

The patient's Plan of Care is developed to attain expected outcomes

Implements the identified plan

Evaluates progress toward attainment of expected outcomes

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications :

Master's degree in any Speech Therapy field

Current State of Florida license in Speech Pathology

Certificate of Clinical Competence via American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)

BLS Certified

Tracheostomy experience

Preferred qualifications:

Two years of clinical experience with a varied patient population
