Speech Pathologist - Pediatrics
Job Summary Relevant Pediatric outpatient hospital experience Swallowing test experience Pediatric feeding experience A Speech-Language Pathologist candidate will be responsible for the assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, re-assessments, and discharge planning of patients referred for Speech-Language Therapy as well as Swallow Evaluation and treatment. The Speech-Language Pathologist will also participate in program development, quality improvement, problem solving, and productivity improvement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion. This position is responsible for the assessment and treatment of patients who persistently demonstrate communicative deficits in any modality: speaking, listening, reading, and/or writing. This position is also responsible for any patient who has difficulty managing his/her secretions or in swallowing.
