BayCare is currently in search of our newest pediatric Speech Therapist who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community.

Speech Therapist Responsibilities:

Evaluates and develops plan of care to implement specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of the profession of Speech Language Pathology.Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for therapists completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), Speech Language Pathology students and volunteers.

Required Certifications and Licensures:

CCC-SLP (Speech Language Pathology)BLS (Basic Life Support)Speech Therapy License

Education:

Required Master's Speech TherapyPreferred Doctorate Speech Therapy

Experience:

1 year Clinical Related is preferred

Specific Skills:

Communication skills including strong customer service and written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently, with minimal supervisionCollaborate and work with a teamOrganizational skillsComputer skills appropriate to position
