Requirements for a Speech Therapist with Phoebe Wyncote:The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families and co-workers.Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or Communications Disorder and attainment of Certification of Clinical competence in speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA).CPR certificationProven Supervisory and leadership skills. Candidates who excel are those who can thrive in a positive and respectful Customer Driven Culture while embodying the organization’s Faith in Action Mission, Vision, and Values.
