We are seeking a motivated SPF Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and work alongside our experienced applicants in a dynamic environment. While prior experience in spray foam application is preferred, it is not mandatory. We value a strong mechanical aptitude and the willingness to develop skills and grow in this area.

 

Responsibilities:

Assist spray foam applicators in the application process, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.Work in a variety of environments, demonstrating physical capability to meet the demands of the job.Maintain and repair equipment as needed, utilizing basic mechanical knowledge.Learn and understand the principles of spray foam application and related construction practices.Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.Follow instructions and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic mechanical and construction knowledge is required.Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various environments.A desire to learn and develop skills in spray foam application and equipment maintenance.Previous experience in a construction or mechanical role is a plus but not mandatory.Strong teamwork and communication skills.
