Data Analysis: • Conduct in-depth analysis of structured and unstructured data to extract meaningful insights. • Collaborate with data owners to understand data sources and requirements. • Develop and implement search queries and data models for complex data analysis. 2. Dashboard and Metrics Report Development: • Design and create interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Splunk. • Develop custom metrics reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective visualizations. 3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. 4. Automation and Integration: • Implement automation scripts and workflows to streamline data collection and analysis processes. • Integrate Splunk with other tools and systems to enhance overall functionality. 5. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings. 6. Security and Compliance: • Ensure the Splunk environment adheres to security best practices and compliance standards. • Participate in security incident response activities as needed. 7. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Splunk Engineer with a focus on data analysis and dashboard development. • Strong understanding of Splunk architecture, search processing language (SPL), and data models. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Effective communication and collaboration skills. 8. Preferred Qualifications: • Splunk certifications (e.g., Splunk Certified Power User, Splunk Certified Admin). • Proven experience as a Data Analyst/Scientist with a strong background in using Splunk for data analysis.
