Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Sports Marketing Working Student is supporting sports marketing department in Warsaw with various administrative tasks as well as sports marketing activities given by the Sports Marketing team.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

Ordering promo materials/products using SAP Managing delivery of SPOMA orders using internal tools including the invoice flow documentation within the department Helping with creating presentations and supportive materials for Sports Marketing Team Monthly analysis of respective data, gathering of reports & market updates Supporting SPOMA team with various operative and administrative marketing activities for Polish and Baltics markets

 

 

Key Relationships:

Internal: Sports Marketing team, Brand Communication, Accounting, Customer Service. External: marketing agencies, sport federations, adidas athletes

 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

IT skills: MS Office (user knowledge) – advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint Fluent English & Polish Good communication and time management skills Orientation to detail Strong interest in sport required – especially in the running and training category

 

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

University student of business or physical education studies (2nd – 5th year
