Sponsorship Marketing Specialist
**Location:** For Those Who Work At Home - Various, Ohio 44144 **ABOUT THE JOB** As a member of the Enterprise Marketing and Sponsorship Team, the Sponsorship Marketing Specialist will report to a Sponsorship Manager and will act as a strategic execution partner to the Sponsorship Managers and Consultants. This role will collaborate with Segment and LOB Marketing Managers to share market intelligence and develop and execute integrated campaigns and initiatives that support the Brand and Sponsorship pillars. The Sponsorship Marketing Specialist will be responsible for understanding industry trends, enhancing processes and assist in executing programs that drive value and impactful results for Key. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** + Assist internal stakeholders to determine objectives and plans for Key’s brand activation strategy that includes major to mid-major sponsorship and experiential marketing programs. + Partner with teams to execute activation programs that support market-specific brand and product goals, leverage brand data and analytics as well as local intel and recommendations. + Assist in the development of sponsorship marketing plans, responsible for the execution and project management of program(s). + Collaborate with Sponsorship Management team to implement activation programs for major and mid-major sponsorships- including messaging, creative, and promotional elements. + Leverage agency partnerships and resources to support the design and implementation of activation strategy and supporting data for analysis, contract renewals and property evalutations. + Demonstrate creativity and innovation in identifying opportunities to improve processes for sponsorships, and enterprise marketing programs. + Establish effective partnerships by communicating and collaborating with business partners and marketing colleagues. + Assist in the tracking of budgets and programming spends. + Monitor local performance and assist in the ongoing analysis and evaluation of brand activation marketing initiatives to improve effectiveness, drive continuous improvement and increase value for Key. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field and/or equivalent + Entry level experience + Demonstrated ability to effectively organize, plan and execute multi-functional projects + Demonstrated analytical, process management, and conceptual skills + Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to constructively challenge when needed + Demonstrated professional savvy; COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $55,000 to $65,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
