Sport Pavilion Event Coordinator

Overview:
Silver Creek Valley Country Club is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Sports Pavilion Event Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and a knack for multitasking and hospitality, as administrative duties will be performed at the front desk.

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute all events held at the Sports Pavilion. This includes liaising with members, vendors, and internal staff to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.
Multitasking: Handle administrative tasks at the front desk while managing event coordination responsibilities. This includes answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting members and guests with inquiries.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the Directors involved in the event planning process including but not limited to billing and managing banquet event orders.
Problem-Solving: Quickly address and resolve any issues that arise during the planning and execution of events.
Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all events, including budgets, schedules, and member information.
 

Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service: A friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality and customer service.
Availability: Flexible availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
