As a successful candidate, you will need to possess several of the following:
Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically.
Technical understanding with the ability to translate into business requirements.
Able to be creative and innovative with service quality, improvement, and solutions.
Must have a good general understanding of all Sports (MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, Soccer, Cricket, GOLF, Tennis as well as other professional sports).
Ability to influence and motivate team.
Must be flexible to support day, evening, and overnight shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Relationship management and conflict resolution skills
Ability to bring together and work with a team with varied backgrounds, i.e., Technical and business representatives.
