About the Position TOCA is looking to hire a fun, outgoing bartender. Our bar area consists of beers on tap, canned beers, seltzer drinks. Mixing cocktails is not required. This position allows you to earn tips, as well. You must be available to work evening shifts after 8:00 PM with Thursday's being our latest night of the week. You must be available from 6PM- Midnight most nights. Responsibilities + Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of menu items, recipes and prices  + Efficiently and accurately perform daily cash handling activities + Skillfully operate food and beverage equipment machines and prepares product in a proficient manner + Manage customer flow including timeliness of service and line flow. + Manages inventory and stock levels of products with assistance of management team Requirements + Providing excellent guest services by enthusiastically servicing Guests while performing a multitude of diverse tasks, being thorough, accurate and prompt when responding to Guest inquiries and when necessary directing the individual to the appropriate Associate + Demonstrating the initiative and commitment to communication and teamwork to assure optimal Guest Service + Adhere to all OSHA Safety Standards and be alert and communicate safety / security problems to the Supervisor or Lead immediately. + Adhering to manufacturers specifications when using equipment or materials in order to assure no risk to self, fellow Associates or Guests + Maintaining TOCA housekeeping standards for all areas of the facility + Maintaining a professional and organized demeanor when dealing with guests + Adhering to all TOCA policies and procedures + Must be 21 years of age or older  Powered by JazzHR
