RACQUETS SHOP ADMINISTRATOR

TERRAVITA COUNTRY CLUB

Position Description

*These (2) two part-time/seasonal positions are from November through April.

*Hourly Rate:  $20/hour

They will report to the Director of Racquets and be responsible for the following:

Keep the Racquets page of the Club website updated Enter all the tennis and Pickleball clinic sign-ups and upcoming events on the Calendar page of the Club website Monitor the courts; update reservations on the website as necessary Walk the courts and sitting area on an “as needed” basis, straighten tables/chairs, collect towels, loose tennis balls, close gates, etc. Set up and put away ball machines for members Assist with all tennis and Pickleball events Attend occasional departmental meetings Answer phone in Racquets Shop Change out balls in ball machines and teaching carts Empty old tennis balls out of recycling bin and put in UPS box Call members to promote sign-ups for upcoming events Replenish styro cups, lids and straws by water and ice machine Match arranging for members

Hours will be the following:

January  7:30am-12:30pm

February 7:30am-12:30pm

March  7am-12pm

April   7am-12pm

May  On-Call/As Needed

June-August  On-Call/As Needed

September On Call/As Needed

October On Call/As Needed

November 7:30am-12:30pm

December 7:30am-12:30pm
