Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Spot Weld Supervisor to lead our spot welding team in a dynamic manufacturing and machine shop environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal finishing, stainless steel polishing, and fabrication, with a proven track record in leadership.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead the spot welding team to ensure high-quality production.Oversee metal finishing, stainless steel polishing, grinding, packing, and assembly processes.Operate spot welding machines and ensure their proper maintenance.Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency.Essential Skills2+ years of leadership experience.4+ years of fabrication experience, preferably in spot welding.Proficiency in metal finishing, stainless steel polishing, grinding, packing, and assembly.Ability to operate spot welding machines.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Work Environment
Shop environment - Working in a manufacturing and machine shop setting with an open area layout. This role involves hands-on work with machinery and requires adherence to safety protocols.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
