Now Hiring for Spot Welders

ProLogistix is looking for Spot Welders. This is a temp to hire position with a manufacturing company in NE Columbia.

Job duties include but not limited to:

Welding material together in production process to create a finished good through melting a filler metal to join 2 pieces together. Perform repetitive welding operations with little variation. Set-up the welding machine Follow standard work and check quality requirements Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Shifts: 

1st Shift: $17.50

2nd Shift: $19.00

Job Requirements:

Attention to detail, team player and problem-solving skills. Ability to use all power tools required to perform position. Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions related to repairs, ask follow-up questions and communicate clearly any obstacles with meeting deadlines and/or standards. Lifting up to 50 pounds. Standing, bending, stooping, and climbing continuously

Education and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Required Previous Manufacturing Experience At least 6 months of Welding experience
