What you’ll be doing:

Manage all facets of client program business in relationship to client budget and our service model.Build and maintain client relationships.Serve as the primary internal lead for assigned accounts, in partnership with field sales to drive client objectives.Influence, analyze, and manage target expectations for margin as it relates to the client service model.Influence, analyze, and manage assortments to achieve profitable SKU count measurements.Utilize tools, data, and other resources to prepare and present client product selections.Create marketing plans by analyzing and utilizing data to drive customer revenue.Support site sale or tradeshow experiences utilizing and/or selling client branded merchandise.Aid in customer business reviews.Sustain global services knowledge and skillset and apply to account base as applicable.Participate and provide input and ideas in support of our ongoing effort to improve the overall customer experience and retention.

What you bring to the table:

Ability to create an inclusive environment, encouraging strategic thought/planning/execution while holding support teams accountable to deliverables.Clear direction and project management leadership to all support teams in implementing and managing solutions for assigned customers, providing appropriate and timely internal and external communications.Basic knowledge of decoration methods and product capabilities; applying customer brand standards as applicableCommunication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders and support functions.Possess professional acumen.Ability to understand pricing and margin calculations.Multi-task oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet required deadlines.Solid PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

2+ years relevant work experience in project management, merchandising, or related fieldFlexibility to travel when necessary based on account needs.
