EducationEquivalent experience accepted in lieu of a high school diploma.ExperiencePrevious experience in spray finishingFamiliarity with manufacturing environmentsProven ability to meet production deadlinesKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesStrong attention to detailProficiency in accurately adhering to instructionsGood communication and teamwork skillsPhysical Requirements / Work EnvironmentMust be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and wear protective gear.
