The ideal candidate will be proficient in starting up and maintaining spraying equipment, particularly the Graco E30, and be able to troubleshoot any issues related to equipment or material deficiencies. **Key Responsibilities:** + Apply both Open-Cell and Closed-Cell foam materials effectively. + Perform thermal barrier applications as needed. + Operate and maintain equipment, specifically the Graco E30. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment or material deficiencies. + Accurately measure and monitor Wet Mil and Dry Mil readings using gauges. + Utilize moisture meters to ensure proper application conditions. + Travel up to two weeks at a time, as required by project demands. + Work independently and self-manage project assignments. + Complete all tasks with high attention to detail and quality standards. + Engage in customer interactions and attend required meetings. + Perform additional duties as assigned, including occasional overtime or weekend work. **Qualifications:** + Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Spray Foam Applicator. + Strong working knowledge of Open-Cell and Closed-Cell foam materials, as well as Thermal Barrier applications. + Proficiency in the use of Wet Mil and Dry Mil gauges, and moisture meters. + Previous experience with the Graco E30 and troubleshooting equipment/material issues. + Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and man lifts. + Willingness to travel and work in different locations for up to two weeks. + A valid driver’s license is required; CDL or additional endorsements are a plus. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. + Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. + Strong references will be requested. **Compensation and Benefits:** + Competitive pay based on experience. + Benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance. + Travel and lodging expenses covered when required to travel.
