Job Title: Spray Technician
Job Description

Perform HVOF, plasma, and other thermal spray coating operations as per customer requirements and job folder specifications. Review job folders to verify the area of the part to be masked, cleaned, blasted, and coated. Confirm all pre-coating requirements are completed according to job folder specifications. Follow in-process inspection procedures to ensure operations meet customer and technical plan requirements. Record and sign off on all applicable data defined in the job folder.

ResponsibilitiesPerform HVOF, plasma, and other thermal spray coating operations per customer requirements and job folder specifications.Review the job folder to verify the area of the part to be masked, cleaned, and/or blasted and coated.Confirm all pre-coating requirements have been completed according to job folder specifications.Follow in-process inspection procedures as needed to verify current operation meets customer and technical plan requirements.Record and sign off on all applicable data defined in the job folder.Essential SkillsExperience in machine operation in coating, welding, robotic welding, or CNC.Ability to set up and change over new products and program machines to specification.Mechanical aptitude and understanding of the aerospace industry.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to read blueprints/drawings.Previous experience as a Spray Technician.Experience in a production environment and capability to learn thermal spray processes.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hebron, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00
