**Job Title: Sprayer - Herbicide** **About Us:** We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Spray Hand. This is a temp-to-perm position with opportunities for long-term growth. **Job Description:** As a Spray Hand, you will be responsible for identifying plants and applying appropriate spray treatments to tree saplings and weeds. This role requires physical stamina as you will be climbing hills and working outdoors in various weather conditions. **Out-of-state travel is required, with hotel accommodations and a daily meal per diem provided.** **Responsibilities:** + Identify various plant species. + Apply spray treatments to tree saplings and weeds. + Work outdoors in various weather conditions. + Climb hills and traverse uneven terrain while spraying. + Travel Monday through Friday, staying in hotels when necessary. + Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. **Qualifications:** + No prior experience required; spray experience is a plus. + Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. + Physical stamina to climb hills and traverse uneven terrain. + Reliable and punctual. + Willingness to travel Monday through Friday. **Compensation and Benefits:** + $17-$18 per hour. + Temp-to-perm opportunity. + Monday-Friday schedule, 6 or 7 am to 4 pm. + Daily meal per diem when traveling out of town. + Hotel accommodations provided for travel. **Pay Details:** $17.00 to $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
