The Enterprise Truck Rental Division has an opening for a Spring 2025 Truck Rental Account Specialist Internship. Our Truck Rental Division provides transportation solutions within the truck rental industry. The Account Specialist Intern is responsible for influencing the buying decision, while exceeding the customer's expectations for service, knowledge and professionalism. The Account Specialist Intern will be knowledgeable of our complete menu of services including vehicle acquisition, maintenance management, insurance management, licensing and cycling of our trucks.
Our interns go at a highly energized pace. From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you will gain hands-on experience and knowledge to learn the business, to learn how to ultimately manage the branch and to support the entire business. The Account Specialist Intern performs duties in all aspects of a branch to become familiar with line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each aspect of the business.

This position offers hourly compensation of $20 per hour.
This position is part-time (25 hours/week) 12 week program with the option to start on either January 27th, 2025 or January 31st, 2025.
Responsibilities
When you join our Account Specialist Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Account Specialists. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Must be a rising Senior enrolled in a full time Bachelors degree program for the upcoming semester in a college or university set to graduate between May 2025 - July 2025.Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Must be able to to work 25 hours/week and make a 12 week commitment beginning either January 27th, 2025 or January 31st, 2025, depending on academic calendar.Must reside permanently in Washington or attend College/University in Washington
